NIXON has appointed Andy McGhee as its Project Manager in charge of the construction of 48 apartments located in Beith Street in Partick.
Andy is the 2024 NHBC Pride in the Job winner having worked for a number of housing developers previously.
He joined NIXON to bring the quality of workmanship he is renowned for which previously landed him the prestigious accolade.
He said: “I take great pride in the quality of workmanship that myself and the team deliver. Every bit of timber and brick are hand laid at Harbour View, and I supervise this to ensure we meet a quality mark that can be verified by independent inspectors.
“My previous quality award sits in pride of place in the office, and this is something that I will continue to aspire towards. The exclusive development of 48 luxury apartments are a contemporary development in Glasgow’s West End. It is an investment of £11million brought to the market by NIXON and will create between 40-50 jobs on site.
