This manual has the support of all employees and management within NIXON. The scope of the manual demonstrates our ability to consistently provide services that meet our clients’ demands.
The items below outline how operational elements are managed as well as detailing the roles and responsibilities of key individuals of the quality policy. Our approach will be communicated to staff through our communication channels and through our induction to new staff.
