The new proposals will retain the historical building designed by renowned architect Thomas Graham Abercrombie as well as some elements of the adjacent buildings where viable to create a mix of private and social housing on the surrounding site.
The public consultation aims to seek views from local residents and stakeholders, with members of the development team and architects on hand to answer questions.

We would note that comments made are to the designers and not the council at this stage. We look forward to welcoming you to our event before we submit a full planning application to Renfrewshire Council. There will be a further opportunity to submit formal responses once the planning application has been submitted, through the Renfrewshire Council website.
