We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Architect or Technologist to join our team.
We’ve secured a number of residential and commercial projects to add to our pipeline of work.
To meet the ambitions of our clients, we need an individual who will work well in a busy and thriving office.
As a multi-disciplinary practice, we are looking for an Architect or Technologist who can work closely with our Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors on a range of projects.
From our development at Beith Street in Partick – a 48 new apartment build – to our work with social housing associations, our work is diverse and our team work to realise the ambitions of our clients.
From masterplans to making visions a reality, you will be joining a friendly, supportive and growing team.
The role
· Lead and manage design teams in the coordination of complex projects
· Create high quality designs for a variety of project types
· Carry out contract administration / site inspections
· Carry out all stages of a project from concept and planning through technical design and delivery
The requirements
· RIBA Part III with 3 years’ experience
· Good design, technical and detailing skills
· Experience of project management and site delivery
· Good communication skills and naturally pro-active
· Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a workload of multiple projects
· Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketchup.
· ARB registered Architects preferred
· Understanding / experience of BIM Level 2 requirements desirable
