Office Manager & Personal Assistant to the Managing Director

Location: Glasgow, Part-time 3 days per week, Permanent

We are a fast-growing, multi-disciplined construction consultancy looking for an experienced Office Manager & PA to support our Managing Director and keep our busy office running smoothly.

This is a varied and hands-on role where you’ll be the MD’s right-hand support, manage the day-to-day operations of the office, and play a key part in client-facing and internal communications.

What You’ll Do:

Manage the MD’s diary, travel, and meetings.

General office typing and formatting documents.

Oversee office operations, suppliers, and facilities.

Process invoices, milage and expenses.

Coordinate HR records, staff onboarding, and company events.

Act as the first point of contact for clients and staff.

What We’re Looking For Proven PA/Office Manager experience at senior level.

Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Professional, proactive, and able to juggle multiple priorities.

Experience in construction/property/consultancy (preferred, not essential).
