NIXON is assisting property factoring company, Park Property Management, on its building maintenance and rectification projects.
We started working with Park PM in 2016 to provide full project management and quantity surveying as well as our principal designer of CDM services.
Projects include upholding the safety and security of factored properties and ensuring work represents value for money for residents.
We work to find solutions to resolve complex queries using our experience. We work closely with resident’s associations, local authorities and building warranty providers.
To date, we have successfully completed projects related to cladding replacement, roof works, building defects and weather-proofing.
