NIXON has been appointed as the project managers to lead on a new development planned for Dennistoun.
Plans were approved by Glasgow City Council to turn an old Gospel Hall on the corner of Finlay Drive and Armadale Street to apartments.
27 new flats of two and three-bedroom flats are planned with NIXON leading the construction, project management and principal design.
Richard McFadzean said: “Working with Glasgow-based architects, Vellow Wood, our residences aim to complement the local surrounding buildings which are traditional Glasgow tenements. Our design will be complementary in mass and scale and includes features such as bay windows.
“As a forward-looking construction company with a full range of services available from project management to civil and structural engineering, to architecture and quantity surveying, we can offer a full turn-key project management programme that will ensure the delivery of this exciting project.”
