NIXON has been chosen as the delivery partner for a large portfolio of student accommodation in Scotland.
NIXON is the preferred partner for Glasgow-based developer Structured House Group (shg). Leading in the first of its contract, NIXON has been appointed as the Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors for the Glasgow-based development company in its flagship £40m project at Scotway House along the Clydeside.
Scotway House will open to 400 students in September 2019.
With offices in both Glasgow and Manchester, NIXON is overseeing the development of the Scotway House site acing as the project manager. The final development will be owned and managed by shg under its BOHO brand.
This project is one of a number planned by shg across the UK over the next five years.
NIXON maintains several portfolios across the UK providing project management and quantity surveying services as well as the role of principal designers, architectural services, construction and civil engineering.
NIXON’s Managing Director, Richard McFadzean, added: “This marks a milestone in our company’s growth and adds to our existing successful business which has grown steadily over the last 8 years.
