NIXON was appointed as part of a £4million transformation project. The hotel underwent a 30-bedroom extension including a function suite and snug bar. We completed the restaurant refurbishment which now houses Michaels Bar & Bistro on time and on budget with impressive results.
As Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, and Principal Designers, NIXON played a pivotal role in the transformation of the hotel. Parklands has since excelled as a popular family run hotel, winning three accolades in the Prestige Hotel Awards and was shortlisted as Hotel of the Year at the Scottish Hospitality Awards.
