NIXON is proud to announce we are now Living Wage accredited employers. This means we support the campaign that “A hard day’s work deserves a fair day’s pay.”
Our accreditation as living wage employers aligns with our values and vision. We have recently expanded our operation to include civil and structural engineering and architecture, in addition to quantity surveying and project management services.
As a Scottish-based company, a region where nearly a fifth of all jobs (18%) pay less than the real Living Wage – around 404,000 jobs, we are delighted to join others in laying down the benchmark for fair pay. The Living Wage Foundation have been campaigning to provide employees with a wage that accurately reflects their needs.
